After managing commercial/retail paint stores for 11 years, Dan started a new line of business working for a small IT company in 1998. His first client was a pedo dental practice that he installed a new computer network to support their practice management software.
Five years of experience in dental technology and a desire to make something more of his life, Dan had a vision. He wanted to incorporate his previous management experience, combined with his dental IT knowledge, to build a successful company -- which is now known as Pact-One Solutions.
Dan started Pact-One in 2003 with knowledge and a lot of determination. He made sure to take advantage of all he could through trainings and certifications. After gaining his experience, he impressed many trainers and clients along the way.
Dan was a natural born leader and Manager, but said "I knew at the time I wasn't the best IT guy in the world"! He was so committed to each and every one of his clients wanting to make certain that their practice would not experience any problems -- he stayed through each job until "go live" day!
Gaining respect from many dental practices, he became known as "Dan the Man" by several clients. Before he knew it, "he became an expert in dental technology integration".
Shortly after starting Pact-One, Dan merged his new company with long time colleagues and respectable competitors. The entire group would then benefit from the strength of each individual technology expert.
Today, Pact-One has locations throughout the mid-west, western and southwestern United States and continues to grow, one expert at a time.
