Nick, for all his youth, is a true dental technology expert. After working with another company for several years, he was recruited by Pact-One as an in-office technician, quickly becoming the expert in the field.
Now he keeps himself on top of ever-evolving dental technology by continuing to assist his team in their practice installations and support calls.
"My clients are MY clients – if they're not happy, then I'm not happy," he says. This philosophy is what attracted Nick to Pact-One in the first place. "The entire company is made up of technicians and consultants who feel just as strongly as I do that our only purpose is to be here to help clients do it right the first time, and to fix it when they don't."
While new clients may sometimes go with a "cheaper" quote from a competitor, Nick says that "they almost always find themselves with add-ons or serious trouble, and we come back in to fix it and get them producing again."
