Ryan knows everything there is to know about running a dental practice. He got his start as a dental assistant in 1987 as part of the Air Force, where he also began his computer training. After serving 8 years, he went to work as an assistant in private practice, and eventually became a practice manager.
In 2000, he began to gravitate even more toward dental technology systems, becoming a field technician specializing in dental office installations, and continuing to add to his incredible knowledge of the front and back office and how technology helps or hinders the production of an office. By 2002, he had joined Dan Edwards just as Pact-One was born, and now oversees the state of Washington.
"We are a customer service company, first and foremost," he says. "We just have so much experience with all the products out there, and our clients trust that we will recommend the absolutely right solution, that we will deliver beyond their expectations, and that we will always be around when Murphy's Law is enacted."
For almost 10 years, Ryan and his team have been available, making sure their practices are running, production is up, and their clients have nothing to worry about.

"We would recommend Pact-One, and actually Dr. Larson already does! We would recommend them because they are reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and overall helpful. I appreciate it when Ryan will call or even just stop by on his own to see if we need anything. He's just a considerate, down-to-earth and easy to work with. We love having Ryan as our IT guy! Thank you to the Pact-One team for making our daily computer use EASY!"
