"I just wanted to let you know that Dr. Shimasaki has had some major
issues with Dentrix. In a nut shell, our system was functioning at only about
40%. Dentrix did not deliver like they said they would. In fact, it wasn't
until I bit a few heads off that I got the problem resolved. Anyway, I just
wanted to let you know that your team did not let me down as usual. Kevin
handled a lot of the stuff with Dentrix, while coordinating with Shane. Devin
did several things for me as well, such as making sure the CPU's fit into the
cabinets properly etc.. I just wanted you to be aware that as always, I think
that your team rocks! Of course, the woman who answer the phone and help to
coordinate things are always a pleasure to deal with as well!"

company favorably. Damon re-installed equipment after a burglary in my office
in mid-January (the initial install was in late August). I was happy with his
performance the first time around but even more pleased when he was very
sensitive to all the issues we were having with the other vendors, as well as
all his efforts to have us up and running ASAP. He went to the nth degree,
