Vince is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant. After leaving the Air Force, he worked for a defense contractor in the aviation industry until he found himself running the technician department at an Information Technology company in Texas. In 2001, that company dissolved so he and some of his best experts began their own dental technology company serving Texas and Oklahoma. And in 2004, he aligned himself with Dan Edwards and Pact-One, bringing the two well-respected companies together.
"When I go in to evaluate a new dental practice, I'm looking at how we can help that practice operate productively and efficiently with as little interruption as possible," he says. Responsive customer service is the key to keeping his clients worry free, and it seems to be working.
