Are you a Pact-One Client looking to submit a Support Request? You're in the right place. To ensure your service request receives timely assistance, please utilize one of the following options to submit your request:
- Create Ticket System: Immediately create a service ticket from the computer you're working on by clicking the Pact-One Icon and follow the steps to submit your ticket.
- Form: Complete the Submit a Support Request form at the bottom of this page.
- Chat: Click Chat below to open chat box and speak with a Client Service Representative to generate an automatic service ticket.
- Email: Send an email to support@pact-one.com with the following details - precise description of issue, office location you're in, computer name, office or cell number to best reach you, and your name.
- Call: Call 855-339-2964 for emergency assistance.
Emergency After-Hours Support
- Monday - Friday: 4am-7am and 5pm-8pm PST
- Saturday & Sunday: 8am-2pm PST
If your server is down, please call support at 855-339-2964 then dial 5 for the after-hours mailbox. Leave a detailed voice message and a member of our IT service team will contact you.
