Choosing the best dental practice management software for your practice isn't just about feature checkllists - it's about finding the right fit for how your team works. Before you schedule a demo, get clear on your own answers to these questions:

    Every vendor uses this phrase. What does your practiceactually need in one system — and what are you happy to manage with a best-in-class third-party tool?
  2. What does your growth plan look like in the next 3–5 years?
    Ifyou're planning to add locations, bring on associate dentists, or eventually pursue a dental organization structure, your PMS needs to be able to grow with you before you outgrow it.
